Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. In the case of a purchase for an activity or event, no refund will apply if your cancellation request is within 7 days of the start of the activity or event. In the event of cancellation of the activity, you will be refunded.
